Buff your nail surface with the nail file included in the package. Clean the dust off your nails with either water or nail polish remover. Make sure to wait until the nail surface is completely dry.
- Avoid creams, oils, and other moisturizing products for at least an hour before application if possible.
Choose the right size sticker. Remove the top protective film from the sticker and then peel the gel nail sticker off the backing.
- If you are having trouble choosing between two sizes, always choose the smaller size. It's important that the sticker attaches only to the nail, not the cuticles.
Place the sticker on the nail. Press down so the sticker attaches properly. Use the included wooden stick to go over all the edges to ensure the sticker is attached across the entire nail surface.
- Once you think you've attached the sticker, press it one more time 🙂 It's extremely important that the edges are sealed well. Over time, the edge of the sticker might lift, and things like hair could get caught underneath. It’s just uncomfortable.
Cut the excess sticker from the nail with scissors.
- Those with smaller nails can use one sticker for two nails.
- Put the sticker back into the opaque packaging. This way, you can save and use them again.
- Cut the excess sticker into a suitable shape and use it on your toes, for example. You'll get a mani-pedi all at once 🙂
File the sticker to fit your nail using the file included in the package.
Place your hands under the UV lamp for 60 seconds to cure the gel nail stickers.
- 60 seconds is required, but 90 seconds gives the perfect result.
To remove gel nail stickers
The easiest way to remove gel polish is to use dental floss.
Place the dental floss at the edges of the nail and pull so that the floss “cuts” through the sticker’s adhesive.
